Who is responsible?

What we collect and why

When you use the enquiry form, we ask for your name, email address, project postcode, the service you are interested in and your message. You may also give a phone number. We use these details to answer your enquiry, arrange a visit and prepare a quote. If you call or email us, we use the information you provide for the same purpose.

Advertising measurement

If you accept optional cookies, we load the Google Ads tag to help us understand which ads lead to website visits and enquiries. Google may receive information such as the page visited, browser and device details and advertising click identifiers. We do not send the contents of your enquiry form to Google through this tag. You can reject or change your choice using the Cookie choices link in the footer. See our cookies page for details.

Our lawful basis

We process enquiry details to take steps at your request before a potential contract. We may also have a legitimate interest in keeping a record of our conversation and following up on your request. We do not use the form to add you to a marketing list.

Who receives the information?

Our website is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions and technical data needed to serve the site. We may use service providers to manage business email and records. If you accept optional cookies, Google receives advertising measurement data through the Google Ads tag. We do not sell your information.

How long do we keep it?

We keep enquiries and project records only for as long as needed to answer you, manage any work you ask us to carry out and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to certain uses or ask us to restrict processing where the law allows. Email charlie@crwgroundworks.com to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
